A Little History
Bill Beauchene (President) began in the commercial field in 1972, working as a field engineer, superintendent and project manager on all types of commercial buildings throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida. Today, Atrium Builders focuses on projects in the Tri-County area, and also provides construction services anywhere in the United States for valued clients based in the Charleston area. Our expertise encompasses construction management, contracting, assisting developers in pre-development activities and due diligence activities. Since inception, Atrium Builders has completed more than 300 quality projects in South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia.
